Here are RCR’s picks for Week 1 of SEC football

The slate for week one of SEC football is packed with potential blowouts, but there are a few nuggets of goodness sprinkled into this buffet of the best football in the country.

Red Cup has again partnered with the very excellent folks at TallySight to give you our picks every week of this season. This year we’ll be picking every game involving an SEC team all season long on the moneyline and the spread.

Quick tutorial if you’re new to gambling and have lots of cash most likely because you’re new to gambling - the moneyline is picking the winner of the game, and the spread is the margin of victory. So, for example, if you bet $1,000 on Alabama -1000 on the moneyline, you have the opportunity to win $100 if the Tide wins.

So it’s Ole Miss across the dadgum board except for Zach Berry picking the Cards to beat the spread. La Tech Bulldogs even getting some love from the staff in what would be a pretty shocking upset if it happens in week one against Mississippi State.
