Ole Miss baseball coach Mike Bianco generally releases his line-up card a few hours before every game, and today’s lineup for the Rebels’ clash with No. 3 Texas Tech has now been made public.

Freshman shortstop Jacob Gonzalez moves into the three spot of the line-up while Tim Elko drops into the clean-up position. Catcher Hayden Dunhurst also moved from eighth in the order to fifth after a solid outing against TCU yesterday in the 7-3 win.
Dunhurst notched an RBI and scored two runs while going two of four from the plate. The preseason Freshman All-American is meeting expectations in the early going and will look to keep momentum going in game two against Texas Tech.
The Red Raiders have Micah Dallas on the bump. He had a 0.57 ERA in just over 15 innings pitched in 2020, which was a shortened year due to COVID-19. In 2019, Dallas posted a 7-2 record with an ERA a shade over 4.00.
