Time to make some money everybody.
The Red Cup staff takes a considerable amount of time poring over picking every moneyline and spread in every SEC game. I mean, we’re talking 3-5 minutes per week - all because we care about y’all stacking cash to the dadgum ceiling.
Most of the staff last week went 2-2 on picks, but this week will be a big bounce back with a full slate of SEC football once again in the first week of November.
Ya boi OMTB and Ruby Draayer are within a percentage point or two of each other for the season lead against the spread. Juco and Gray Hardison are floating around 54 and 55 percent, so they aren’t necessarily struggling or killing it either.
Without any more delay, here’s the Red Cup picks for week 10.
Hugh Freeze, thank you next. No one here believes you will beat a double digit spread in Oxford with your 7-2 Liberty Flames, and that is really saying something because this is not the most die-hard Rebel bunch I know. Personally, I am hoping for Ole Miss 50+ points against a Liberty squad that only reaches the endzone a few times at most.
Clearly, we’re all still feeling the sting from the Auburn loss and assume the Tigers can beat the -4.5 Aggies line. Georgia is a massive favorite, but the staff didn’t totally agree the Dawgs can keep demolishing folks. Same can be said for Alabama who has more than a four touchdown spread to beat against a reeling LSU squad.
