As if it couldn’t get any worse, the Rebels went on the road to Jonesboro, Ark. and blew a five-run lead in the ninth inning and lost their fourth game in a row to Arkansas State on Tuesday. They are now 32-21 overall, 15-12 in the SEC, and are being projected as a two-seed in NCAA Tournament field projections by Baseball America and D1Baseball despite the recent horrific week.

So naturally here on Podcast Rebellion, we’re taking an in-depth look at the baseball program as it stands today and what we think Mike Bianco’s status is as head coach. We discuss what it would potentially take to possibly save his job, lose him his job, and where the Rebels would look for a replacement.
