The Rebels make their triumphant return to the Dance.

Ole Miss returns to the NCAA Tournament to take on Oklahoma on Friday afternoon.

Things are different in Norman for Lon Kruger and the Sooners now that Trae Young is no longer running the offense. They were the second-worst offense in the Big 12, yet somehow found ways to defeat NCAA Tournament teams like Kansas, Wofford and Florida.

Oklahoma went just 7-11 in conference play and finished 19-13 overall. Their late-season win over the Jayhawks got the committee on their side but other than that their resume is just fine. The BPI ranks the Sooners 31st and KenPom has them at 36th. Despite those two decent metrics, Kruger’s squad is not going to wow you with offense. If the Rebels can grab rebounds on the defensive end (the Sooners are BAD at offensive rebounding) and get out on the break, they can potentially outrun their Big 12 opponent in round one.

Despite the game being before noon for those of you in the Central Time Zone, we’ve got you covered on how to watch it, whether you have the day off or not. If you’re not at your local watering hole catching tip-off or at the house, you can always stream the game online or on your mobile device with the March Madness Live app.
