Ole Miss vs. New Mexico State 2019: Time, TV schedule, and online streaming

Remember “winning”? It will happen on Saturday!!

NCAA Football: Mississippi at Auburn John Reed-USA TODAY Sports

Ole Miss hosts New Mexico State on Saturday and will win a football game!

The Rebels are coming off another disheartening loss in Auburn, AL, while the Aggies head southeast on the heels of a bye week. Ole Miss, at 3-6, requires three wins to reach bowl eligibility.

One of those three wins will come on Saturday against New Mexico State, who enters without a win, and averages 363 yards offense per game and 21 points— against six mid-major opponents. If you remove a shootout against a now 2-7 New Mexico, the numbers get even worse. And, against Power 5 opponents Alabama and Washington State, New Mexico State averages less than 300 yards offense, and scored a total of 17 points.

They are bad. Ole Miss will win.

Should Ole Miss somehow fall short of a comfortable victory against a team of such sizable inferiority, the entire coaching staff will be fired before game’s end. Maybe, in a sick twisted way, Rebel fans should be cheering for the visitors?

When the clock hits zero and Ole Miss does leave victorious, it will then face battles with No. 2 LSU and Mississippi State for an off-chance at reaching the postseason.

Nevertheless, if you are looking for a reason to cheer amidst a disappointing season... this is your chance! Here is how to watch:
