Tuesday Question: One of imperative resolution

Can this football season please just end?

So, recently people have started talking about the possibility of the Rebels going to a bowl should they finish the season 5-7. Nick Suss of The Clarion Ledger even had an interesting tweet thread about how that could happen.

But, is that what we want? Do Ole Miss fans want to watch this football team play more games? Why subject ourselves to the hell of watching the Rebels lose the University of South Florida in the Punxsutawney Bowl on November 32nd?

You can make a case that more practice time is good for the overall health of the program. Also, it’s nice for the players to get new televisions (legally! legally! Stop reading our blog, @NCAA!) in swag bags for these things. Also, going bowling, however it may be, is probably something Matt Luke and his remaining fans could hang their hats on.

So I guess our Tuesday question is...

Should the Rebels accept a bowl bid if they finish 5-7?
