Week six was wild and crazy, led by our dear friends from Dallas at Southern Methodist University. The Mustangs completed an insane comeback against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane to get out to a 6-0 start. And this was coming on the heels of being ranked in the top 25 for the first time since they were put on the death penalty by the NCAA for just trying to play along with everyone else in recruiting.
Now, they’re in the Red Cup Rebellion FanPulse Top 25!
Elsewhere around the country, UCF took a L on the road against Cincinnati, most likely ending their chances at a New Year’s Six bowl game and really jeopardizing their chances of defending their AAC title.
Michigan beat Iowa in the shittiest rock fight of all-time. Stanford knocked Washington down to No. 18. Herm Edwards has the Sun Devils at No. 19?! And we cannot post this for your reading and viewing pleasure without mentioning that the Wake Forest University Demon Deacons and Dave “Ain’t No Laws” Clawson are 5-0!!!
Here is the week six SBNation FanPulse poll:
