Ole Miss football is fresh off a 62-7 drubbing at the hands of No. 1 Alabama. Ole Miss football still has to play nine more games, and the first of those will go down in Oxford, Miss. Saturday at 11 a.m. CT. The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network and WatchESPN, if you care to tune in.
There’s little of Kent State’s offense and defense to preview with real mathematics. Ole Miss outweighs the Golden Flash up and down the depth chart in size, speed, and recruiting stars (even on defense!). That’s not to write Kent State off, by any means. Ole Miss needs to rediscover its offensive center and impose their will from the get-go.
A solid, double-digit victory would feel satisfactory. Here’s the current betting line, courtesy of OddsShark:

It’d be reassuring if the Rebs have at least one more touchdown in them.
