Ole Miss baseball is dead and gone. For now.

Tennessee Tech beat our boys twice in one day and are now in Austin, Tex. taking on the Longhorns in a best-of-three series to make it to Omaha. Ole Miss just couldn’t find the right buttons to push in the final two games and were defeated, at Swayze, in a regional, for the second time in two years.

It sucks.

But, the show must go one, literally and figuratively.

We take a look at the eight super regional matchups and give you our predictions for who makes it to Omaha. And we also recap the MLB Draft, who was taken, who wasn’t, who will return, and who is long gone.

The season might be over, but you can still go see Greg and snag some choice meat to grill out for graduation from LB’s Meat Market, the official sponsor of this here podcast and the best protein for your Ole Miss baseball grilling needs. Also, the BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW food truck will be out and about on The Square. So go get some!

And if you like gambling and good food AND watching postseason baseball, head down south to Biloxi after the regional to Harrah’s Gulf Coast for some blackjack, slots, Southern cooking from our good friend, Kelly English, at the Magnolia House, and SOON TO BE HOME TO A SPORTSBOOK. What’s not to like? Winning money, drinking, indoor/outdoor sports bar, STARBUCKS, and our pal Kelly whipping stuff up in a crock pot probably. Go down to the Coast and tell em Red Cup sent ya!
