Ole Miss baseball, TTU face off tonight for chance to play Texas in Super Regional

Well, this morning didn’t go according to plan. But, hey, let’s do it again tonight and see if we got one more in the tank. Ole Miss lost a rough one, 15-5, to the Golden Eagles earlier today but the Rebs have bounced back all season long.

They are 30-5 at Swayze Field and 13-2 after a loss in 2018. And with seemingly most of the better arms in the pen ready and waiting to get a crack at the nation’s best offense, Mike Bianco’s club is still in a good position.

They’ve done it 48 times this season and it would only be fitting to get win No. 49 and break the record tonight, at home, against the team who leads the country in wins with 51. You couldn’t write it any better. It should be a fun one, y’all.

If you can get there, do it. Be loud. And enjoy a night under the lights once more.
