The Auburn Tigers have disposed of the Kentucky Wildcats and now Butch Thompson’s club will get another crack at the No. 2 seed Ole Miss Rebels today at 1pm CST in Hoover at the Southeastern Conference Baseball Tournament. The Tigers won’t be throwing projected no. 1 pick Casey Mize, but their no. 3 weekend starter, Tanner Burns, who barely lasted an inning at Swayze earlier this month gets another shot at Mike Clement’s Relentless Rebs. And the Rebs will try and defeat Auburn for a fourth time this season to keep their national seed hopes alive in doing so.

The fellas are joined by One Man to Beat to discuss Tuesday’s games, Ole Miss’ hopes for a national seed, who is their biggest competition, and give some live commentary about the LSU and Mississippi State game.

Go see Greg before you head to Hoover on Wednesday and snag some choice meat to grill out for graduation from LB’s Meat Market, the official sponsor of this here podcast and the best protein for your Ole Miss baseball grilling needs. Also, the BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW food truck will be out and about on The Square. So go get some!

And if you like gambling and good food AND watching the SEC Baseball Tournament, head down south to Biloxi after this weekend’s series to Harrah’s Gulf Coast for some blackjack, slots, Southern cooking from our good friend, Kelly English, at the Magnolia House, and SOON TO BE HOME TO A SPORTSBOOK. What’s not to like? Winning money, drinking, indoor/outdoor sports bar, STARBUCKS, and our pal Kelly whipping stuff up in a crock pot probably. Go down to the Coast and tell em Red Cup sent ya!
