Ole Miss’ spring practice has been pretty much status quo. Nothing out of the ordinary, just your standard offense, defense, and special teams getting back out there, becoming acclimated to football again, learning the playbook, and introducing the early enrollees to college football.
Matt Luke not only has his hands full with recruiting, striving to improve on 2017’s 6-6 record, and keeping his team healthy, but he is also going to have to keep ABC’s Dancing With the Stars at bay now that senior wide reciever DaMarkus Lodge has leaked a video of his latest routine.

The Cedar Hill, Tex. native has done this for almost four years now, and he seems tired of doing it for free. He believes that his dance moves are much better than the clowns on the show and easily the best in the Southeastern Conference.
Maybe it’s time for ABC’s officials to come out to Oxford to do a formal evaluation so that our large, athletic son can get paid a proper wage before, during, or after he realizes his NFL dream. Or maybe DWTS is his dream. Why not both?!
Even more impressive is not only did Lodge go after the head Air Raid man, Phil Longo, for a dance battle, but Phil didn’t flinch. Not once. One would think that Longo, being from the Northeast, grew up on Saturday Night Fever and a part two video is sure to leak out soon.
