Podcast Rebellion: The Tea Lizard respects ALL national anthems

New, 6 comments

On this XXXL edition, we welcome in our panel to discuss Kermit Davis’ equal opportunity approach to honoring countries via score, baseball’s torrid start, and of course, whiskey.

What’s a coaching search without a little drama huh? After Ross Bjork and everyone’s favorite Gumball Wizard introduced Kermit Davis as the new head basketball coach at Ole Miss, he went into a deep discussion with the folks in The Pavilion about why he chose to leave Middle Tennessee, what style of basketball to expect, aaaand that “we’re going to be a respectful team that respects the flag and the national anthem”.

Now before we get to hasty and jump to conclusions, our panel of Red Cup Rebellion contributors are here to clear the air.

On this week’s show, we welcome in Alex McDaniel, Oxford’s foremost director of fire content and audience development, The Ghost of Jay Cutler, the new mayor of Jacksonville, and Juco All-American, our Fortnite expert. We discuss the aforementioned conundrum with Kermit Davis, Ole Miss’ hot start on the diamond, and DUELING WHISKEY FESTS IN LAFAYETTE COUNTY.
