Podcast Rebellion: Could Damon Stoudamire replace Andy Kennedy?

New, 1 comment

ESPN Radio’s John Martin is very high on the Pacific head coach. Is he a serious candidate?

Andy Kennedy is now gone effective immediately. Assistant coach Tony Madlock (who will appear on 929ESPN on Wednesday) is now the interim coach for the remainder of the year. The Rebs have a head start on everyone when looking for a head coach and ESPN Radio’s John Martin joins the show to give his takes on the Ole Miss job, potential candidates, and one in particular that he really likes.

John has a strong opinion about former Arizona Wildcat, NCAA champion, conference player of the year, college assistant, NBA player and assistant, and current Pacific head coach Damon Stoudamire would be the man he would go get. He thinks he would be a better fit than Penny and the Rebels would be smart to get him now before someone else, namely Memphis, does.
