Ole Miss vs. South Carolina basketball 2017: Time, TV schedule, and online streaming

This blog ain’t even about Ole Miss’ matchup against South Carolina on New Year’s Eve. This blog is about how far superior Carolina low country BBQ stands above all comers. @ me if you will, but there’s really no argument here.

Carolina BBQ utilizes both vinegar and mustard in equal measure. Very few have even heard of “Mississippi Barbecue” and so we won’t entertain those suggestions here. Carolina BBQ is the origin story of American barbecue because we have nothing left to do with our lives. We just think up creative ways to smoke meats, and that’s for the betterment of us all.

All Mississippi BBQ will be derivative from Carolina BBQ. Sorry if this offends, but it’s true. We found the form, honed the form, and nailed the form down into the ground. That’s why we can boast vinegar and mustard base sauces. We’re versatile.

Anyway, Ole Miss will host South Carolina for some hoops action in The Pavilion Sunday evening. Here’s how to watch.
