Now things get REAL fun. Yeah, dropping 70 points in back-to-back weeks is exciting, but now the Rebels' offensive fireworks get to hit the road and head to Tuscaloosa, Ala. to take on Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide. As of right now, the Ole Miss offense is the most efficient in the country and the highest-scoring offense in the country. And Evan Engram only has one catch this season. How scary is that?
Despite all the explosive numbers, scoreboards and unlocked swag meters, Ole Miss is still not getting the respect it feels it so rightfully deserves in the polls. This weekend can change all that, just like last season. If the Rebels can stroll into Bryant-Denny Stadium and come away with a win against a No. 2 ranked Crimson Tide squad, the doubters will start to flicker away. Go to Alabama and lose, though, and people will begin to say "I told you so".
Erik from Roll Bama Roll discusses (interview starts at 26:20 mark) his concerns with the Alabama offense and defense and breaks it all down for us as to what he thinks are the keys to Ole Miss winning in Alabama. Erik was adamant in his hesitation to don Jacob Coker as the answer at quarterback. He was also concerned very much so of how the smaller Bama corners will match up with the larger Rebel receivers. Listen in as Erik gives his final score prediction and we talk about what we think are the reasons Ole Miss moves to 3-0 or how Bama puts a damper on the great start of the young season.
