If you were to ask most Ole Miss fans, the win over Alabama last fall was the most epic and important sporting event of the past decade. ESPN didn't go quite that far, but they did name the Rebels' historic 23-17 come-from-behind victory the best upset of the year during the ESPY Awards on Wednesday night.
That game beat out Georgia State over Baylor in the NCAA Tournament and the Kansas City Royals winning the AL Penant.
In case you forgot (or don't remember because you were trashed hammered like you were supposed to be), Ole Miss rallied from a 14-3 halftime hole, outscoring Bama 21-3 down the stretch to start the season 5-0 for the first time since 1962. ESPN's Gameday was in the Grove for the first time. The goalposts came down. Katy Perry got wasted on the Square. It was fucking legendary.
With Hugh Freeze getting ready to pander to the media in Hoover on Thursday, Senquez Golson and Bo Wallace were on hand to accept the hardware.

It's a pretty awesome moment for Golson and Wallace, both of whom were instrumental in the W. It was the defining moment of an up-and-down Ole Miss career for Bo, who was spectacular in the fourth quarter and threw the go-ahead touchdown to Jaylen Walton with just under three minutes left.

But because it's an Ole Miss game, it had to get sketchy down the stretchy. The Rebs were only up by six after a missed extra point, and Bama drove down to the Ole Miss 32. But then Senquez happened.
So how bout we take a look back.
Here are the game highlights
The students stormed the field and tore down the goal posts
The goal posts went on a tour of Oxford and ended up in some bro's apartment

Katy Perry was the Gameday guest picker and made LSU corn dog jokes
Then she got drunk and crowd surfed at Funky's
