Ole Miss vs. Georgia basketball 2015: How to watch and open thread

The Rebs look to bolster their tournament resume on Wednesday night.

Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Tonight, the Rebels (19-8, 10-4) host the Georgia Bulldogs (17-9, 8-6) at the Tad Pad in the building's penultimate men's basketball game.

The Bulldogs bested the Rebels 69-64 in Athens earlier this year, thanks primarily to a large disparity of foul calls and the play of senior forward Marcus Thornton, who hasn't been the same since an injury he faced in early February. In the six games before his injury, Thornton scored in double digits five times. He has yet to score double digit points in his five games after the injury.

But the Bulldogs aren't playing awful basketball right now. They're 3-2 over their last five games, with wins against Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Alabama, all formidable teams. The odd thing is who those two losses came against: South Carolina and Auburn. Both of those teams are... pretty bad.

Yet Georgia's RPI sits at #37. Ole Miss' is #33. The Rebels have won nine of their last eleven games. This isn't exactly a play-in game to the NCAA tournament for either team, but winning this one could ensure a spot in the Big Dance for either, barring a horrific turn of events.

Will Jarvis Summers kick the funk? Will Stefan Moody have an off night? Will Andy Kennedy show up wearing jort jammies? We'll find out the answers to all those questions tonight.
