WATP News in Jackson, Miss. is reporting that one of the Nkemdiche brothers was rushed to the hospital on Monday but that the university would not confirm which one. Ian Rapoport of NFL.com tweeted Tuesday morning that it's Denzel.

UPDATE: The Ridgeland Police Department has confirmed Denzel was taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center after they responded to reports of an "unresponsive male." He was no longer listed as a patient at the hospital as of Tuesday morning, according to The Clarion-Ledger.

These reports come a month after Denzel turned up in the ICU of an Oxford hospital for an undisclosed, non-life threatening issue. He hasn't played since the Arkansas game and, according to the athletics department, is no longer on the team.

Last week, Clay Travis of Fox Sports published a report alleging what had already been a popular rumor in Oxford: that Denzel's first hospitilization stemmed from synthetic marijuana use. According to Travis, Denzel "was found near the edge of the roof of his off-campus town home, wrapped in a blanket, terrified that someone was after him."

That was part of a larger report claiming that Denzel's brother, big-time NFL Draft prospect Robert Nkemdiche, was also using synthetic weed when he fell from the fourth-floor window of an Atlanta hotel. Robert, who was later charged with marijuana possession, denied using the synthetic stuff but did suggest that drugs and alcohol played a role in the incident.
