Cue up the bass fishing metaphors because Leo Lewis, the top middle linebacker in the 2015 recruiting class per 247Sports and the No. 3 overall player in the state of Mississippi, has committed to the Ole Miss Rebels.

Per Lewis' 247 composite ranking, he is a top-100 overall player for his class and a consensus four star prospect. Listed at 6'3" and over 220 pounds, Lewis has the frame to be a legitimate force for any SEC defense. His commitment marks the 13th pledge to the Rebels for his class and the 6th player from the Magnolia State.
Earlier this year, Lewis was committed to Alabama before decommitting in July. After that move, he was penciled in as a part of the Rebels 2015 class before he made it unofficially official today. Of course, we should expect to sweat these pledges out until National Singing Day, but it's a big get for Hugh Freeze and his staff regardless.
