Alex Givens, a 6'6", 280 pound offensive tackle prospect out of Nashville Christian School, committed to the Ole Miss Rebels' 2015 recruiting class today.

Boasting offers from Louisville, Miami, Tennessee, Nebraska, and several others, Givens committed to the Rebels after whittling his choices down to Ole Miss and Vanderbilt. He is listed by 247Sports as a three star prospect who is the No. 45 high school offensive tackle prospect and the No. 18 overall prospect in Tennessee for the 2015 class.

In his Hudl highlights, he looks like what you'd expect a good high school offensive tackle to look. He simply overpowers defenders, while doing a good job of getting to the next level in run blocking situations. He is also lined up as a tight end sometimes and asked to block downfield for slip or bubble screens, which is really unfair for whatever 170-ish pound outside linebacker gets in his way.

Givens marks the 10th commitment of the Rebels' 2015 class, joining fellow offensive tackle and Tennesseean Drew Richmond who committed earlier this week.
