No. 3 Ole Miss Beats No. 14 Texas A&M 35-20

This one was never in doubt.

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

The No. 3 Ole Miss Rebels beat the No. 14 Texas A&M Aggies last night in a game that wasn't nearly as close as the 35-20 score would suggest. The Landshark defense showed up and showed out, shutting out the top offense in America at the half and scoring a couple of touchdowns in their own right. The offense was pedestrian by our new ridiculous standards, playing a very conservative game behind Bo Wallace's 228 yards and three touchdowns performance, but none of that mattered as the best defense in college football absolutely suffocated the top offense in the country until garbage time.

It's an odd feeling for us Rebels right now, but it's one that we're bound to enjoy (and a bit too much). This week, we'll look at the win and our wins to be with more in depth with plenty of analysis and updates, but for now, let's celebrate with Ole Miss' newest superfan.
