Offensive Tackle Christian Morris Likely to Transfer from UCLA to Ole Miss

Christian Morris, a former four-star offensive tackle recruit out of Memphis East High School, is leaving UCLA. He will most likely transfer to Ole Miss, per UCLA's Rivals affiliate.

I've been talking to the compliance of Ole Miss; that's probably where I'm going to go...They were very close to home so I can get to my grandmother and family more.

Morris mentions his grandmother because she has been in and out of the hospital with an illness. It has gotten to the point where she is unable to make the trips out to the West Coast  in order to see her grandson play. Because of this, Morris will be applying for an NCAA hardship waiver with hopes of recovering a year of eligibility and being able to play right away in Oxford.

Morris has not yet played for the #13 Bruins this season.
