Decided to go fishing at lunch time and caught this big bad boy. @CoachMattLuke was so happy. Go Rebels! pic.twitter.com/l9CFVuEjDW

The top prospect in Mississippi will be a Rebel, as Callaway High School's Rod Taylor, a 6'3" 300 pound guard, committed to Ole Miss today at a high school press conference. Taylor, who recently participated in Nike's The Opening event in Beaverton, Oregon and was praised as a "stock riser" due to his performance, has been described as quick and flexible for his size by many recruiting services.
He joins Andy Bauer as the other big offensive line commitment in this class, a pair of guards who, when added to Austin Golson and Leremy Tunsil, form 80% of a pretty nasty starting offensive line a few seasons from now. His commitment brings Ole Miss back into the top-10 on the 247 composite team rankings, where the Rebs come in at #9 and #4 in the Southeastern Conference.
Taylor is a part of the quartet of Callaway stars the school is looking to sign this year. His commitment makes him the third of that group to pledge their signatures for the Rebs, joining wide receiver Dayall Harris and safety Ronald Walker. Defensive end Breeland Speaks remains uncommitted at this point, but c'mon, you've gotta think he'll join the other three, right?
