LSU's win over West Virginny was impressive, but not enough to overshadow Alabama's win over Arkansas.
LSU's win over West Virginny was impressive, but not enough to overshadow Alabama's win over Arkansas.

The BlogPoll Ballot is first, with the SEC Power Poll Ballot coming after the jump. As always, please, with great wrath and enthusiasm, tell me where I went wrong.

  1. Alabama Crimson Tide - The Tide's contest against Arkansas was close early, but the Alabama defense proved to be far too much for the Razorbacks.
  2. LSU Tigers - The BCS title will be won by whoever wins the Alabama/LSU game. I don't think that's a tough call to make right now.
  3. South Carolina Gamecocks - Florida seems to be the only challenger to South Carolina's throne to SEC Eastern supremacy.
  4. Florida Gators - Yeah, I realize now that I've got them all flip-flopped in my BlogPoll ballot. Whoops.
  5. Arkansas Razorbacks - Arkansas' offense is very good. Alabama's defense is just that. much. better.
  6. Auburn Tigers - Auburn's offense isn't close to good enough to overcome their
  7. Vanderbilt Commodores - South Carolina isn't that great, it's just that Vanderbilt is just that bad. And I have them at 7th in the Power Poll. What of it?
  8. Tennessee Volunteers - I'm thinking Tennessee's in a great position to move up a few spots
  9. Georgia Bulldogs - The Classic City Canines bettered the Rebels this weekend, but few, if any, were impressed with the outcome.
  10. Mississippi State Bulldogs - /rattlerattlerattle almost lost at home to Louisiana Tech /rattlerattle
  11. Kentucky Wildcats - Wouldn't it be lovely if, for two years running, the Wildcats were the only SEC win the Rebels were able to muster?
  12. Ole Miss Rebels - FIRE ALL OF THE THINGS!
