Rebels v Dogs (2nd Edition)

Today at 1:30, the Rebels will square off against the Bulldogs of Georgia for the fourth time this season.  We hold a 2-1 advantage thus far and are in a hunt for a national seed. Georgia has lost 11 of their last 13 and finished the season by being swept by South Carolina.

As bad as Georgia is tanking, some believe that the Rebels should easily win the game.  I disagree.  I believe that Georgia is a sleeping giant and our Rebels will have their hands full this afternoon.

Ole Miss has won their last four and 8 of their last 10.  The Rebs will send Drew Pomeranz (3.95, 6-3) to the mound.

Georgia is sending Sophomore RHP Justin Grimm (4.39, 2-4) to the hill.  In the Sunday game against us, he went 5.0 IP, allowed 4 ER on 8 H.

My prediction:  Ole Miss 7, Georgia 3
