I don't want Gameday in Oxford...

This is my first, and quite possibly last, attempt at a Fanpost. I'm assuming that this feature is for the layfan to share his twisted and skewed opinions. In the event that anyone actually reads this, please advise me if I'm wrong.

Like any good Rebel, I have been long enamored with the idea of Gameday in the Grove. I think it's a natural marriage, much too long in the making. I dream of the scathing signs displayed by Rebel Nation. I imagine ESPN cameras forever immortalizing the power of the Walk of Champions. I even dare to dream the even more inspiring Walk Down Sorority Row as a weekly feature on Gameday. Ratings would skyrocket!

Unfortunately, for me anyway, that dream has died. Much like Lisa Marie Presley after she joined the child abuse circus at Neverland, I don't want it anymore. Why? I sit here today and Gameday is in Fargo. Fargo North Fucking Dakota!?! Is this in Canada? Hockey coaches make more than football coaches....blasphemous...It's just like watching Pamela Anderson swallow Tommy Lee's drumstick- fascinating, yet I never want to see it again. Gameday is as dead to me as Katie Holmes, Courtney Cox, and Heather Locklear. These too, are heights I once dared wish attainable, despoiled forever...
