Dramatic Finale | OMSpirit.com
The Rebels, in spite of their best efforts late in the third game, were swept at home this weekend by the No. 2 Vanderbilt Commodores. It was just under a month ago that this team was a consensus top 10 performer, and now they're likely to be barely hanging in the top 25 once this week's polls come out. What is going on here (don't answer that yet - you'll get your chance later).

Reports: Jeremy Liggins commits to Ole Miss | EotC
After failing to qualify and sign for 2013, Jeremy Liggins has committed to Ole Miss for the 2014 class out of Northeast MS Community College. This announcement was made from the Abner's parking lot on the corner of University and Lamar. The former Lafayette County High School quarterback plays on the defensive front for NEMS, and is likely to play end at the next level.

No. 7 Rebels Win On Senior Day | OleMissSports.com
After being upset 4-1 by Florida, the No. 7 Rebel men's tennis team rebounded to beat no. 20 South Carolina 4-2 in Oxford. This moves the team to 14-6 overall and 7-4 in league play, which clinches at least a share of the SEC West. If the Rebs win at Texas A&M next weekend, they'll clinch the division and probably maintain their top-10 ranking.
