Ole Miss Rebel News and Notes look at Marshall Henderson, Robert Nkemdiche, and Bowl Projections

Depleted Ole Miss basketball team looks for leaders | The Clarion-Ledger
More on this later this week, but I'm not sure this team's going to work all that well without Murphy Holloway, Reggie Buckner, and Nick Williams. I think there's some legitimate talent on the Rebel basketball team, but can they work as well together? Can they somehow make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. Can they keep Marshall Henderson under some semblance of control?

I'm not sure he'll be at 100%, but either way, it will be great to see Nkemdiche back on the defensive line. Against Arkansas he won't have to worry too much about the whole "pulling a hamstring while chasing an elusive mobile quarterback" thing as he did against Texas A&M, so he should get some meaningful snaps.

This isn't surprising. If a McDonald's employee tweeted "you know, I think the Whopper is a superior sandwich" while he was serving me a Big Mac, he'd get in trouble too. He'd also be correct, because the Whopper is a superior sandwich.
