Freeze Picks Up Two More Commitments
The first commitment on Thursday came from wide receiver Quadarias Mireles, who had previously committed to Ole Miss in February of 2010. Mireles (5'11" 185 lbs.) spent the past two seasons at Hinds Community College while getting his academics in order, and he currently has offers from Purdue and Oklahoma State. He plans on bringing his 4.4 40 to Oxford in December and will have two years of eligibility remaining. Mario Mathis, a three star outside linebacker, also committed to the Rebels on Thursday. Mathis (6'2" 225 lbs.) is from Thomasville, Georgia, and he selected the Rebels over Mississippi State, South Florida, and South Alabama. Mario missed most of his junior season with an ACL injury, but it is believed that he'll be fully healthy for his senior season. Welcome again, Quadarias and congrats on your decision, Mario.
