You provide the OM fanbase with a decent, productive and relative on court product to be proud of, and the fans, Alumni and students will go bug-fucked nuts with support, atmosphere and enthusiasm. (Just like we did from 96-00, coincidentally... WHEN WE WERE WINNING.)

You continue to produce these uninspiring, collapse when the pressure is on, predictable results on the court, then you need to shut your fucking mouth about fan support and attendance. People would rather watch a chimpanzee fuck a can of pork and beans than the absolute abomination we saw tonight (and really, if we're honest, EVERY time there's something important to play for).

You have absolutely no idea how to fix this do you? You have ZERO fucking clue how to TEACH this team to be winners. You couldn't find a big time, high pressure SEC win/win streak with three hands, a Q-beam, night vision goggles, a metal detector, an x-ray machine and 47 trained bloodhounds. I feel terrible for these kids who've thrown away their collegiate careers playing for a man who simply cannot coach. You cannot beat the bottom half of a very down SEC. You cannot WIN your way into the NCAA's. You cannot even win when the chance to get off the bubble presents itself. EVER. And for the record, I'm not talking about tonight. I'm referring to the very beatable LSU, Aub and Bama teams where, if you could have won those VERY winnable games, we wouldn't have NEEDED to win against a really great team in Vandy tonight.

If all this team needed was to work extra hard in the off-season, do alot of drills, have a coach who can relate to them and whine like a bitch on the sidelines, you'd be great. But this team, nay, ALL of your teams have needed someone to teach them fundamentally sound basketball principles, technique and situational awareness. You have failed in every aspect of that description. Our players, while talented, hard working and determined have ZERO sense of confidence in the "system", they don't know what to do when certain situations present themselves on the court, they absolutely CANNOT beat a zone defense, they cannot run set offenses effectively, they cannot count on you to TEACH them how to PLAY BASKETBALL. The only thing they can count on from you is a few plays sent in from the sidelines, poorly used timeouts, the call to switch from man, to zone to pressure defense and the inevitable and HIGHLY annoying WTF look on your face for at LEAST 14 STRAIGHT minutes per game.

You are a terrible basketball coach. Admit it. I'll give you this, you recruit very well. You connect well with payers. You seem to demand alot of effort and hardwork and you appear to care about them alot. However, you don't and have never developed players who are full of potential, to reach that potential. You cannot coach bad habits out of talented payers and you cannot coach good habits into talented players. You are incapable of teaching them how to be mentally tough and rely on themselves and their teammates to do what needs to be done on the court. You cannot teach them to over come pressure and adversity and to WIN at all costs. You are a very poor basketball coach. End of story.
