Johnson also had an offer from MSU, and several other SEC schools were already showing a lot of interest, such as Alabama. "Something special is going on at Ole Miss," Johnson said after he made his decision. It is believed by many that Johnson's commitment could have an impact with several other 2013 Mississippi recruits, such as Antonio Connor - a highly-touted Safety from South Panola.
