...we went 7-6?

The play calling looked so much different in the second half of that Fresno State game than it has since the Jacksonville State game last season. I wonder how everyone, including me, will feel if we end up breaking even and look to be on the upswing. Regardless, I feel that someone like Mike Leach would be good for the program, but a 6-6 season would give me something to think about. Especially if one of those wins was against LSU, Alabama, or Arkansas (unlikely, I know).

I think fans in general would be feeling pretty good if we were 7-6 after a decisive victory over someone like Cincinnati or UCF.  I'm not sure how probable a season like that would be.  We're going to play Auburn after being broken down by Alabama and Arkansas.  If we can't beat them I think we're looking at a 5-7 regular season at best.  Also, I just don't know if we're good enough.

But, assuming this new play calling and certainty at quarterback sparks a fire for our offense...
