Where was Ole Miss doing anything in these videos? Must be good after a night of defeat to post a video of another team beating Arkansas, or an Arkansas player trying to get away with some stupidity. Why don't you post a video of Ole Miss's SEC championship game? Or maybe your final four? Your college world series? Anything?

I will accept your concession on behalf of Arkansas fans. I really should get to bed, but since you're site is in a nice little tailspin of irrelevance, I figured someone should acknowledge your fourth nod to Arkansas fans tonight.

I hope the time comes when you kids have something of your own to hang your hat upon other than being the school we thought would never come along...someone dumb enough to take Nutt for us. Enjoy 6th place in the West - at least you already have plenty of practice at it.

There was something terrible in me sometimes at night I could see it grinning at me I could see it through them grinning at me through their faces it's gone now and I'm sick.

I remember watching that baseball clip on TV. What a joke. The ball wasn't even close.

As for the guy above me? Good job boys, you're succeeding out here in Blogfrica. a 3 a.m. rant, nice.

And remember, you can always end the arguement that Ole Miss girls are better looking than Arkansas girls.

But not neither are better than Kentucky girls!

by Kenny Colston on Jun 28, 2008 9:09 AM EDT reply actions

One would think that you would have posted videos of Ole Miss beating Arkansas in something, rather than two incidents that, while unfortunate, had ZERO to do with the Rebels.

Personally, I think going 0-fer in conference is more humiliating than either of these two videos.

But, I'm sure you'll haul out some more "Arkansas girls are trash" bullshit to make yourselves feel better, since apparently you have no germane argument to make.

And you can rant and rave and get your panties bunched all you want, but I think it's safe to say we have a BIT more experience with Nutt than you do. A wise person might listen to those who have had 10 YEARS of experience with something, and be wary.

We know Houston Nutt is not a "class" guy. He proved it time and time again during his tenure here. If you want to ignore all of that in your infatuation, that's your concern.

But don't say we didn't warn you.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 9:34 AM EDT reply actions

Yeah... that second clip has NOTHING to do with Ole Miss...

by Red Solo Cup Admin on Jun 28, 2008 9:43 AM EDT reply actions

Ack. You got me. For some reason I thought the "Brian Walker Incident" was against Mississippi State.

Nice job on ignoring the rest of the post though, and again refraining from any meaningful argument.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 9:49 AM EDT reply actions

Keep up the good work, RSC.

I love watching these Arkansas fans make asses of themselves.

by Anonymous on Jun 28, 2008 10:15 AM EDT reply actions

Anytime an Arkansas fan says that Houston Nutt isn't a class guy, I giggle like a school girl.

Why? Because you hired Bobby Petrino, dummies.

Class guy right there. How long until that Auburn jet picks him up like it did when he was in Louisville?

How long until Petrino lashes at local media for talking to his wife? Paranoid S.O.B.

Oh and talk to Falcons owner Arthur Blank about Petrino will ya?

Arkansas fans, you lost the class argument a while back. Let it go.

by Kenny Colston on Jun 28, 2008 10:53 AM EDT reply actions

Why don't you fucktards post a video of the 7 OT game?

I hope you pussies have another Manning in the pipeline b/c otherwise you should stick to dressing up like douches and eating hot dogs off china.

by NotoriousPIG on Jun 28, 2008 11:00 AM EDT reply actions

No one's arguing the "class" of Petrino, Kenny.

And anyone who brings Arthur Blank as an example of "class" has no fucking clue what they're talking about. Remember Dan Reeves?

I personally think the media coverage of Petrino has been overblown, but in all likelihood he's a snake. But his "reputation," combined with a steep buyout and large salary, make it unlikely he's going anywhere in the next 3 seasons or so, whether he wants to or not.

If you dipshits would pull your heads out of your asses for a few seconds, you might try listening to us.

If you honestly can't believe that people who obviously have a vested interest in Razorback athletics learned NOTHING in 10 years about one Houston Dale Nutt, you are delusional.

You're smokescreening. You deflect all the shots about Nutt by bringing Petrino back up. I'm not comparing the two. What difference does it make that we traded Nutt for Petrino. Nutt resigned; we got the best college coach available. Period. The rest is smoke.

But I'm good-and-damn-well TELLING you that Nutt's a snake. You WILL find this out in your own time, rest assured.

But don't come crying to us when he and his Murray State Mafia take a collective shit on your pathetic football program.

But I'm sure you'll just ignore all this, too, and take another shot at Petrino. You won't do your research on how Mustain got treated; you won't do your research about the media & recruits were lied to every season about the offense; you won't do your research on how Nutt submarined the OC that brought us 10 victories; you won't listen to the audio of Nutt acting like a egomaniacal bastard; etc. etc.

One would think that someone with as much of an interest in Ole Miss athletics as you people apparently do would WANT to know as much about their new coach as possible.

We know all about Petrino. You're the ones closing your eyes and plugging your ears when it comes to YOUR new coach.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 11:04 AM EDT reply actions

As a regular poster and a serious FOOM, I really don't get the point of posting video of Houston Nutt not getting the job done against Tennessee.

The Walker thing...fucking hilarious. But I just don't like watching Nutt squirm before he even steps foot in V-H.

by David on Jun 28, 2008 11:06 AM EDT reply actions

Wow.
One of you sonsabitches actually gets it.

Well done, David, well done.

And maybe some fireworks that blow up their jumbotron.

David,

You can dream, but you guys don't have a McFadden, a Jones, a Remington-award-winning center, or a Peyton Hillis blocking for them.

Good luck.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 11:13 AM EDT reply actions

I really do not think Clint Stoerner having one of the more bizzarre fumbles in SEC football is the fault of Nutt not getting the job done.

by The One That Got Away on Jun 28, 2008 11:16 AM EDT reply actions

I think Nutt is a snake too. Just wanted to make sure you knew what you currently had on your hands.

In fact, I think over 50 percent of the college coaching world is a snake. Show me a program where recruits aren't lied to. Come one, you may hate Nutt. You may hate Ole Miss, but if you are going to preach that everyone needs to open their eyes... well, let's just open them to every team. Only fair.

Oh and I don't even like Ole Miss. I think Archie and Eli blow. Sorry Solo Cup guys.

Nutt's a snake. I get it. Petrino is a snake too. You get that.

But do you really think your program is better for it? Listen fellas, you are making yourselves look bad in all this.

Nutt's gone. Stop pissing in Ole Miss's water about taking him. Or else I'll get the Falcons fans to piss on you.

by Kenny Colston on Jun 28, 2008 11:22 AM EDT reply actions

Kenny,

Again, it's apparently only the Ole Miss homers that won't open their eyes.

We are ALL aware of Petrino's reputation. Again, I feel, because of factors outside of his control, he's "stuck" here for a few seasons whether he wants to be or not. And while he's here, he's going to do his damnedest to win games, even if it's just because he's trying to earn a better gig. If nothing else, he's proven to be a worthy college coach and a game winner.

I couldn't give two shits about how we "look." If Petrino wins the games he seems capable of winning, we'll "look" just fine.

And Falcons fans can kiss my scrote. They've got no room to be talking about anybody.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 11:29 AM EDT reply actions

It's a stupid argument to begin with. Do you Arkansas guys REALLY care about the well-being of our program? I don't troll Saints message boards warning a team (of whom I am also a genuine fan) that Orgeron is going to ruin the D-Line. And seriously, Orgeron is a PROVEN loser. Why should you care about an SEC rival? You wanted him gone, he got the hint. Why are you all so angst ridden about it?

I think it's because he actually got out successfully. You wanted to see the guy eat shit, but he came out on top.

What? Really? like bitching to us is going to make Pete Boone take notice. "Those hogs said that Nutt is a liar, let's just fire him before he can prove it, then."

What do you gain, Jackasses?

by David on Jun 28, 2008 11:33 AM EDT reply actions

"If nothing else, he's proven to be a worthy college coach and a game winner."

K. Now sit down drink a beer, and pull your panties out of your ass.

Or...go to walmart.

Whatever you hogs do for fun in that shithole.

by David on Jun 28, 2008 11:35 AM EDT reply actions

We won't open our eyes? What are you talking about?

Yes. We all know that Nutt may have had an affair with that other woman (I forgot her name and don't care). Yes. We also know that Mitch Mustain left Arkansas because Nutt pulled him after he went 8-0 as a starter.

Sure. Nutt has an ego.

I just don't understand the point of coming onto this blog and pointing all that stuff out.

We know. He may be a scumbag. It's too early for us to tell.

Leave us alone.

by Red Solo Cup Admin on Jun 28, 2008 11:35 AM EDT reply actions

You're right, David. He did come out on top. And the Chancellor and Athletic Director that allowed him to do so are now history.

You're the ones that started the shit about Arkansas fans and Petrino. So you're allowed to say everything you want about Petrino, but don't want to hear anything about your precious little coach?

Turnabout's fair play.

Damn, you guys have some easily-bruised pussies.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 11:39 AM EDT reply actions

I've never wanted Ole Miss to win this much in my life.

I can't wait for the awful season Arkansas will have this year.

Kentucky is going to beat your ass. I only hope Ole Miss does too.

Ignorance is Arkansas. I think I'll put that on a bumper sticker.

Now, rip away dear sir. We all know how much you want to. But I can't wait until it's settled on the field.

I can't believe you actually will make me cheer for Ole Miss now. And my pussy is feeling fine, thank you.

How's yours?

by Kenny Colston on Jun 28, 2008 11:47 AM EDT reply actions

Yeah... I guess my pussy is bruised. At one point, I thought the insults were at least going to be intelligent. I guess I made the mistake of assuming that your fans were similar to ours.

I guess your fans are actually more like Mississippi State's.

Ok. Let me ask this of you. How many games do you think Houston Nutt would have won next year with your team? Is that number a good barometer of whether Bobby Petrino will have been successful after his first season?

I'm sure your answer will be two or some crazy crap like that.

by Red Solo Cup Admin on Jun 28, 2008 11:48 AM EDT reply actions

I would pick Nutt to win 5 next year.
WIU, La-Mo, UK, Ole Miss, and Tulsa.

I do think Petrino will do better. I think we have a good shot with Alabama at home, and MSU on the road. Much better than if Nutt were still coach.

And as far as insults go, I guess digs about our "ugly women and trailer trash messing up the Grove" are "intelligent?" That's precious.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 11:55 AM EDT reply actions

Ok. Maybe I'm just confused about this Arkansas team.. but a good shot with Alabama at home?

Win over UK?

Listen, you lost your two running backs. Casey Dick is not a great quarterback. UK have protected Commonwealth stadium pretty well in the past two years. And their defense is better this year.

Explain sir.

by Kenny Colston on Jun 28, 2008 11:58 AM EDT reply actions

Easy. We took Alabama to the wire last year. In their house. I don't see them being that much better than they were last year. And granted, I didn't mark that game down as a "W." I just said I thought we had a good shot. This is the same team that lost to ULM at home least season, mind you.

Kentucky lost Andre Woodson. And Rafael Little.

Casey Dick was not a great QB. But anyone who doesn't expect him to be much improved after being under the Petrinos is again delusional.

If Petrino can do anything, it's design an offense that can score.

Speaking of Casey Dick, did you geniuses know he never watched film to learn how to read defenses? Was never taught proper footwork? And this is not tripe from the blogosphere - this is straight out of Casey's mouth, in published articles.

And that's all I've got to say about it. You guys want to debate how well our respective teams are going to perform next year, I point you only toward the message board linked here.

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 12:05 PM EDT reply actions

Naw, debates are like pissing contests about how teams are going to finish this time of year.

I just wanted to know the thought process.

by Kenny Colston on Jun 28, 2008 12:10 PM EDT reply actions

Yeah, they are, but what the hell else do we have to do, this time of year?

by APhiOHog on Jun 28, 2008 12:47 PM EDT reply actions

Well "monkey,"

We've cordially invited you to our stomping ground, but none of you seem willing to continue the discussion there.

And how is our discussion here any more "pointless" than railing about Bobby Petrino (again, as if every media outlet in the country hasn't already done it), or whining that two people in Little Rock are "skewing" your little poll, or dissecting whether Nutt or Petrino will be out of a job first?

Good job, asshat.

by monkey11508 on Jun 28, 2008 2:49 PM EDT reply actions

Well, I had a longer post that has apparently been consumed by the internets.

Woopig.net is the location. Anyone who thinks they're smart enough and quite frankly, honest enough with themselves to give it a go is more than welcome to stay for a while. We actually have a few other SEC posters who hang around and somehow manage to not suck so much ass.

You're only going to get beat down if you deserve it. Those Hogville folks that you guys have found, would have all been mercilessly beat down at Woopig.

by Yellow Tail Swine on Jun 28, 2008 3:09 PM EDT reply actions

yellowtailswine,
that's good to hear because these posters are terrible. i really hope for their sake that they are 15 years old and don't know any better.

by monkey11508 on Jun 28, 2008 3:16 PM EDT reply actions

Monkey, I'm pretty sure these posters are from woopig not hogville. I love how they brag about how they're going to give us virtual beatdowns on a message board. It's nice to know that woopig is where all the "cool and tough" Arkansas assholes hang out. What a bunch of fucking losers.

by someonestolemyusernamedamnit on Jun 28, 2008 5:25 PM EDT reply actions

If Petrino can leave a team in the middle of a season, he can leave Arkansas too. If he is a good enough coach, someone will hire him, regardless of the backlash. You would like to think that no one else would hire him, but Arkansas did? Would him leaving Arkansas after two seasons be any worse than him leaving the Falcons in the middle of the season? No.

The only thing he learned from all of that, is that next time, wait until the season is over. I'll agree he won't leave you in the middle of the season, but he'll still leave.

by Anonymous on Jun 28, 2008 5:39 PM EDT reply actions

I wasn't bragging about giving "virtual beatdowns." If you took it that way, then my bad I guess... even though you may need to check up on your reading comprehension if that's the case.

I was only mentioning that, to let you know that we are not hostile to everyone for the sake of being hostile. There are several posters around that claim fandom to LSU, Auburn, Florida and Tennessee.

But yeah, generally Woopig is where the Arkansas "assholes" hang out. It's what we are for the most part, I won't make any qualms about that.

And before we even go there, Woopig is what birthed the famous FOI documents that eventually led to Nutt's demise. The only reason that FOI was done, was out of suspicion that Nutt had was talking to other schools and that he had some involvement in the infamous Mustain e-mail (he made obvious contradicting statements about what he knew of it). Well, he was and he did. The extramarital affair aspect of it, was only brought up because it was so glaring and obvious (plus yet another contradiction of everything that Nutt portrays his self as).

by Yellow Tail Swine on Jun 28, 2008 5:48 PM EDT reply actions

and anonymous, none of us are saying that Petrino is in for the long haul.

We know what he brings to the table in terms of longevity.

However, he's also a hell of a football coach. If he has enough success at Arkansas to leave in two or three seasons, then more power to him. It will just leave the program in better shape that it is in now.

by Yellow Tail Swine on Jun 28, 2008 5:52 PM EDT reply actions

and for the new post that was thrown up, without the ability to comment (gay).

What is Houston Nutt's SEC record?

What is Houston Nutt's bowl record?

If those numbers are good enough for you Ole Miss fans, then why on earth did you fire Cutcliffe after one Eli hangover year?

by Yellow Tail Swine on Jun 28, 2008 6:01 PM EDT reply actions

"If those numbers are good enough for you Ole Miss fans, then why on earth did you fire Cutcliffe after one Eli hangover year?"

This makes the assumption that a lot of Ole Miss fans wanted Cutcliffe gone. Me, personally, I was shocked to see him let go. A lot of my friends were the same way. I don't think the feelings towards Cut and O are anywhere close to similar. In short: the comparison isn't too valid.

by Anonymous on Jun 28, 2008 6:04 PM EDT reply actions

And, if you want numbers, here they are.

Cut was 25-23 in the SEC. He only had one winning SEC season, and that was Eli's senior year (7-1 in conference). He was 4-1 in bowls. 3 of those bowls were the Independence bowl.

Nutt was 42-38 in the SEC. He had 3 winning SEC seasons. 2-5 in bowls but he was in more pristigious bowls (Cotton twice, Citrus, Capital One).

If you ask me, the numbers are pretty similar. Yet, you can't argue that O wasn't worse than both. We can't just become the motherfucking national champs overnight so we've got to make improvements where we can. Nutt > O as a head coach. That is an indisputable fact.

by Anonymous on Jun 28, 2008 6:14 PM EDT reply actions

The Stoerner clip brings up an interesting concept related to a conversation I had with a hog fan:
Wanting to know my thoughts on the hire, I responded that I thought short of Bob Stoops or Mark Richt getting a wild hair, HDN was probably as good as we could've hoped for given our shittastic situation. One major reason was the fact that in '97 Ark. won 4 games, I believe, and in '98, Nutt's 1st season, they improved to 9 wins.
Hog fan's response was that Danny Ford had stocked the hogs with talent and that even by improving the record by 5 games, HDN still disapointed. Now, obviously in the Stoerner clip, you can see it took a near improbably fumble to lose to TN. And I remember the loss to MS St. ending with a field goal, that if I remember right, basically went over the top of one of the posts and could've been called either way. So dude was trying to say one reason HDN is a bad coach is that he won 9 games that year, and he would've won 11 without 1 improbable loss, and 1 controversial field goal. By the way, Nutt was voted National Coach of the Year by Football News. OK, that's my piece, Now I'll leave the rest to the obsessive Nutt stalkers, and I promise not to bother you in this thread again. Have fun.

by Warchief on Jun 28, 2008 6:51 PM EDT reply actions

"HDN was probably as good as we could've hoped for given our shittastic situation."

Hey Arkansas fans, that's what we've been saying all along. Go ahead and jump this guys case because he's obviously a God damned idiot.

Or, because he's on you're side, just leave him alone like the hypocrite faggots you are. Fuck you, every last fucking one of you, you pathetic wretches.

by Anonymous on Jun 28, 2008 7:04 PM EDT reply actions

Saying he's the best you could've got, is a lot different than saying he's "an honest stand-up fella," while lobbing daggers at Petrino's back for what he did.
